Iceland - the distant Scandinavian country. For one month, the roads and tracks were my territory.
I started with a flight from Frankfurt to Keflavík on Sunday, the 1st of July 2007.
After the arrival at the airport around midnight the roads guided me for the first weeks to the rural
areas in the West and Northwest region. I cycled around the Snæfellsnes and
visited the lovely Westfjords. My DSLR camera broke at the Latrabjarg which gave me the chance to
send a couple of kilos home, but took away some photo opportunities. Anyway, I enjoyed Island very much.
